Return Policy


Effective immediately the following return policy will be in place.

  • ALL VACCINES, SPECIAL ORDERS, SHORT DATED PRODUCTS AND PRODUCTS PURCHASED MORE THAN 30 DAYS AGO WILL BE CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE
  • THERE ABSOLUTELY WILL BE NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON EXPIRED PRODUCTS.
  • IF A PRODUCT HAS NOT EXPIRED, AND IS NOT A FINAL SALE, AGRIFARM HEALTH CENTRE MAY BE ABLE TO ACCOMADATE THE RETURN THROUGH OUR SUPPLIERS.
  • ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
  • PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

EXAMPLES

Final Sales:

  • Vaccines
  • Special Orders
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Discounted or short dated items

Return Authorization form will have:

  • Item name, size, original quantity purchased and quantity being returned.
  • Description of how the item or items were stored, including things like exposure to sunlight, heat and or cold.
  • Reason for return
  • Date purchased, match item with Rx/or notes and Lot# if possible
  • Original Receipt

Return Authorization is subject to approval by the supplier and or manager as long as all items above have been met. Approval may take up to a week.

All approved returns:

  • Will be in the form of a credit on your account for in store use only.
  • Minimum 25% restocking charge

Special Orders:

  • Special Orders are items that we don’t normally keep in stock
  • Special Orders must be prepaid
  • Special Orders not picked up within 1 month will be sent back to the manufacturer with no refund being given
  • Special Orders require a signature and client must be aware of no return policy.
  • All orders placed over the phone must either be faxed or emailed to confirm the order is correct before we fill the order.
  • Order will not be placed until we have payment.
